Subject	Bad alternator, relay, fuse?

Message	Started car and brake light, bulb out light, battery light all lit up. System is only charging at 11.99v. Once in a while the lights will go off and voltage shows 13-14v but soon after all the lights come back on and the charging voltage goes back to 11.???V An alternator replacement is a no brainier but could it be a relay, fuse or something like that
